Mansfield Pudding
2 bread rolls
Pint of milk
4 eggs (whisked)
2 tbsp brandy
6 oz chopped suet
2 tbsp flour
1/2 lb (alternatively try raisins - ADF)
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
2 tbsp cream (30ml - ADF)
Slice rolls thin then pour over boiling milk
Wait 1/4 hr then break up with fork and add sugar to taste then add other ingredients. Mix well. Put in buttered mould (or dish)
Bake 1 and 1/4 hr
Sprinkle with sugar
