Mrs Beeton's Potato Rissoles
Mashed potatoes (1oz butter per lbs of potatoes) Minced parsley
Salt & Pepper
Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Mix ingredients, except breadcrumbs and egg
Roll into balls
Dip in egg
Cover in breadcrumbs
Flatten while frying in hot lard 10 mins
Drain and serve
