Pease Pudding

1 1/2 pint Split Peas
2oz butter
2 eggs
Pepper and Salt

Soak peas in rainwater overnight
Boil in rainwater until very soft
Strain then push through collander
Add butter, eggs, salt, pepper
Blend well
Put in tight tied muslin 
Boil 1 hour

Serve
